Joshua Diedrich is a graduate of the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and the Vaugel Sculpture Academy in western France. He is currently Sculpture Department Head at the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts. His work can be seen in collections throughout the US and Europe.

This site is actively under development. At this point nearly all links and features are functional, however, we're still ironing out kinks here and there, expanding the foreign language sections, and especially, adding new images of work. enjoy your visit, and if you have any suggestions or comments, please drop us a line.

Recent News:

Joshua will be lecturing on drawing technique and demonstrating several drawing methods at the Museum Senoir Day, Thursday October 5th, Kalamazoo Institute of Arts.

Due to high demand, a second section of Figure and Portrait Drawing has been opened for Fall Semester on Monday Nights, 6:15 to 9:00. Both the Monday and Wednesday sections will continue to be offered in the Winter semester.

Joshua presented the lecture Bodies of Flesh and Stone: a History of Figure Sculpture at Artbreak at the Kalamazoo Institute of Arts on September 12th. His next lecture The Fine Art of Revenge will be in mid January.

This site has made the move to its new home as of July 14th 2005. It is currently being rebuilt from the ground up. Construction is active and things are growing quickly, so check back often and see what we have to offer.
